Five15Arts @ Chartreuse, the well-known artist-run collective gallery, is seeking new members from the Phoenix metropolitan area for our unique professional organization.
Applications are now being accepted for the May 2026 to October 2027 term. Members will each enjoy a solo show in the spacious gallery and participation in two group shows during their 18-month term. The collective is looking for visual artists actively engaged in making strong artwork in any medium, with skills they can share and an interest in helping the group move the gallery forward.
Membership responsibilities include paying dues (currently $75 per month), attending monthly meetings, managing and opening the gallery during one’s own solo exhibition, and hosting some gallery hours during group shows. Members are also expected to support the collective’s operations through roles in social media, marketing, installation, website management, elected office, or general gallery maintenance and improvements.
It is free to apply online. The deadline to apply is Sunday, January 31, 2026. Applications will be reviewed and voted on by the current members. Finalists will be invited to interview with the collective, and a limited number of contracts will be offered. Accepted members will have the option to renew their contracts twice before reapplication is required.
